Dr. Elder is a native Californian born and raised in Long Beach. He attained his Bachelor's degree while on a baseball scholarship at the University of Utah. He then completed his dental degree in San Francisco, at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Dr. Elder enjoys his profession and it shows in his office.

In his over 15 years in private practice, he has had extensive experience in all phases of general and cosmetic dentistry. He has delivered the most complex to simple treatments on patients of all ages. Dr. Elder is dedicated to creating a relaxed, comfortable environment for his patients. On the personal side, Dr. Elder is a devoted father to his two children, Logan 10, and Tess 8. He also is active in coaching youth baseball and still pitches in Men's baseball leagues locally.
